If you do not see any information at the UPS tracking site, then your order has not been shipped, but is being processed. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped out.

I did not cancel my order before it was processed, can I receive a refund on my shipping fees?
123inks.com does not issue refunds on shipping fees as these fees are paid to our shipping carriers.
How do I return my product?
If your order has been processed (charged) then you cannot cancel your order. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within our Return or Warranty policy period.

There are several ways to find a product. One is to browse our catalog, which is broken down by individual categories, and manufacturers. Or you can utilize our Product Search Bar to type in what you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for
toner cartridge for a HP LaserJet 1000, simply type in laserjet 1000 or the name
of the cartridge C7115 or you can click on HP and find laserjet 1000
It is always a good idea to keep it vague and not too descriptive. Our search engine is very literal, and will pull any product with those keywords in the description.
